Yarn Care	Gentle machine wash, delicate cycle.
100 g hand dyed Merino DK weight yarn. Approx. 200 m per 100 g. Smooth, soft, non-scratchy yarn with a tighter twist and round profile. Great all purpose workhorse yarn, next to the skin soft. Wonderful stitch definition and great loft. Colors shift beautifully from one to another. Randomly dyed to prevent striping or pooling, as much as possible, our yarns create variegated effect that looks good in plain stockinette or advanced stitch motifs. Machine washable (handwash recommended). Approx. 200m/100g. 100% Merino wool, superwash, mulesing free.  Hand-dyed in small batches in Cork, Ireland. Dye lots may vary though we represent every dye lot as accurately as possible in the product photos. Colors may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dye lot. If you buy more than one, we will do our best to match them up. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dye lots may vary. Please note, although we take great care in photographing our yarns, colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor. Gentle washing will keep your project beautiful for longer. For best results, hand-wash your finished project with a drop of detergent or wool wash. If combining light and dark colors, please swatch as the yarns may bleed. This is especially important if using deep reds. To minimize bleeding, hand-washing in cold water is the safest option. Please Note: Dyed by hand in small batches, Hedgehog Fibres yarns do not come in dye lots. We do our best to visually match hanks for each order and will contact you via email if one or more hanks differ noticeably from the others. The beauty of hand-dyed yarns is that each hank is a unique work of art, so please be aware that there can be a variation in coloring, hue and saturation, even within the same dye batch.
